What is a Hash Record?
A Hash Record is a Transmission Security to verify the authenticity of each release messages.

When can I print the Gate pass?
There are three 3 criteria on how to print the Gate Pass.
1. The examination flag is lifted.
2. It is a valid transaction.
3. Feedback message already sent.

How will I know if the examination flag is lifted?
The examination flag is lifted if the status is NO.

What if I received a "Hashrec Failure" message?
Hashrec Failure means that the release message you've received did not pass in the validation rule. The message is therefore considered an invalid message. To check the entry number that has an invalid message, go to File > Audit log.
